Canaan Motel

I stayed one night as a solo traveler. The grounds were well maintained, and I found it convenient to have a hose to clean up my bike after a muddy ride. The outdoor pool was well taken care of. The owner provided helpful recommendations for local dining options, appreciated. I would stay here again for the restful place.

Great place to stay for a trip to Canaan. Location - nice, next to the store next door. Also, in the middle of jackson. Neat and reasonably priced room plus with comfortable bed & furnishings. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The rooms of our place were neat with comfortable bed & furnishings, everything was excellent. The location was nice and absolutely perfect - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

I almost gave this place a good review, but the soft mattress was unacceptable was great. Where is the ice machine? Could it really be that difficult to cater to your guests? I woudl ve been happier with a complimentary upgrade given all these inconveniences.

The scenic back lawn was perfect for our kids to play and relax. Enjoyed a fun day hiking at the nearby Eaton Mountain Ski Area, a blast! The staff was helpful.

In my wife's opinion, more activities for kids would be great.

The room was super clean, and I was excited to find soft towels waiting for me after a long day. And a charge block easily accessible for my devices was a total game changer!

I had a surprisingly enjoyable stay, with a nice kitchenette equipped for cooking and a really comfy bed that made for great sleep! Just one downside was no ice availability. Will definitely rebook here on my next trip!

Awesome place with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a seasonal outdoor pool. I remember how the staff helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing experience. I'm coming back for a business trip.

Impressivenice and neat rooms

I stayed one night in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and was kinda surprised by how tidy it was. The bathroom was spacious, and the hot water came on fairly quickly, great after a long day. The friendly owner. One suggestion would be to improve the water pressure a bit in the shower for an even better experience.

The Standard Queen Room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed. The owner was very cute and even started the heat before my arrival, nice. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. It felt well-maintained overall. But I did notice the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, and I wished there was ice available. A convenience store is nearby, but dining options need a short drive.

This place was a good match for a brief sojourn with definitely value for money. The owner had started the heat to welcome my arrival, a nice touch. Make sure to stock up on ice before getting there.
